All Terrain Cycles

Family-run since 2008 out of Mansfield, with a second base in Bright, All Terrain Cycles has spent close to two decades building trails and running tours across Victoria's High Country — Mt Buller, Mystic Park, Falls Creek, Beechworth and Yackandandah among the riding grounds. The signature outing drops off Mt Buller village: a skills session first, then twelve kilometres of single and double track losing a thousand metres of vertical, multiple river crossings, and a shuttle back up from Mirimbah Park at the bottom. Guides are locals who know which lines suit which riders, and tours flex from two-hour introductions to full and multi-day itineraries scaled to ability and fitness. It's a working bike shop as much as a tour operator, which shows in the practical, unfussy way sessions are run — lunch and return transport included, bikes available for those without their own. A solid way into High Country riding for visitors who'd rather follow a local line than guess one.
