Canoe the Coorong

Guided paddling trips explore the Coorong wetlands and the Murray Mouth from a base on Hindmarsh Island near Goolwa, roughly 85km south of Adelaide. Led by an eco-tourism-trained guide, the range runs from three-hour sunset paddles to four-day expeditions, taking in birdlife, sand dunes and bush-tucker walks with equipment and meals provided. School groups, team-building and kayak hire are also offered. The operator carries EcoStar and Quality Tourism accreditation and has been recognised in TripAdvisor's Travellers' Choice.
