Cape Byron Kayaks

Running dolphin-and-whale kayak tours off Byron Bay since 1995, with guides who are all qualified surf lifesavers and start you off with a lesson in wave surfing on stable sit-on-top kayaks. The 2.5-hour paddle leaves from the beach near Lawson Street inside the Cape Byron Marine Park, and dolphins turn up on over 90% of trips — miss out and the next trip is free.
