The Story
Wild-food foraging walks around Sydney, from weedy verges and parks to rockpools and seaside tastings, are led personally by forager, educator and author Diego Bonetto, whose mantra is that every plant has a story. Sessions cover what to look for, where and how, spanning edible weeds, coastal greens and seasonal mushrooms, and extend into hospitality workshops, school and council programs, and collaborative wild dinners with chefs. Places are booked through the website, and Bonetto also wrote the field guide 'Eat Weeds'.
