Fair Harvest

Five kilometres out of Margaret River on Carters Road, this demonstration permaculture farm has taught sustainable living since 1995. Two-week residential design courses anchor the calendar, alongside shorter workshops, cooking classes built on seasonal produce, farm tours and garden visits. A breakfast cafe serves what the farm grows, and an eco-campground, tiny house and Yoga Barn host retreats and events. It is hands-on, unhurried and rooted in place, a working farm you can learn inside of.
