Dawn balloon flights over the Yarra Valley lift off near Yarra Glen, drifting above vineyards and the valley floor before a breakfast set at a partner hotel; the operator also flies over central Melbourne and the Geelong-Bellarine coast. Family-run since 1989 and now into a second generation, it claims the valley's first-ever balloon flight and a long partnership with Chateau Yering.
