Jervis Bay Surf School

Locally owned and run by Jerry Brown, who has more than 28 years of surfing experience and grew up in the area, this school teaches around Jervis Bay and the wider South Coast. Lessons suit all ages, and the team — many of them qualified school teachers as well as surf instructors — reckons most people are standing and riding waves in their first session. Buoyant Ocean & Earth soft-boards are used, and the operator regularly donates time to local community events.
