North Caloundra Surf School

Caloundra's original surf school, teaching since 1999 across four council-permitted Sunshine Coast beaches — King's, Dicky, Happy Valley and Currimundi. Beyond beginner lessons and advanced coaching, the program runs a youth surf club, SurfGroms, Women on the Waves, senior surfing and NDIS-supported and disability-inclusive sessions, guiding some 9,000 participants a year. Board hire is available, and the school acknowledges the Gubbi Gubbi people as traditional owners of the local lands and waters.
