Sahara Trails Horse Riding

Guided trail rides have run at Anna Bay in Port Stephens since 1988, threading creek, casuarina forest and koala habitat on well-schooled horses at a walking pace suited to first-timers and children. Friendly guides lead the way, with rides scaled from a thirty-minute taster to longer bush and beach trails, and the surrounding coast of dunes and holiday country makes the ride part of a wider day out. Three and a half decades of local knowledge underpin the operation.
