Sail Ningaloo

A small liveaboard operation working Ningaloo Reef aboard Shore Thing, a 51-foot sailing catamaran that departs Coral Bay for three-, five- and eight-night reef expeditions. Guests snorkel and dive the reef and, in season, swim alongside whale sharks and humpback whales in the calm water inside the fringing reef. An Advanced Ecotourism operator, the trip runs March to October and puts a premium on respect for the reef's ecosystem, with limited guest numbers rather than a chartered fleet.
